We are based in the uk and we ship via royal mail special delivery, for foreign delivery we pay extra to gain tracking info for the package.

We offer a fully inclusive service with no hidden charges, postage is completely free for domestic and worldwide shipping.

We will ship the frame direct to your partner if you choose to enter their delivery details, if we dont recieve this information we will post the frame to the billing address, which must be entered on the payment page.

You dont need a paypal account to buy from us, just enter your info and pay with a credit or debit card

We wrap the frame, and ship in an unmarked jiffy bag as to not give the game away, we send you the invoice via email.

You can input both you and you partner's names on the payment page, we will then create your personalised framed proposal.

All our frames are professional and made to last.

We do not guarantee your partner will say yes to you proposal, we simply offer the opportunity for you to use our frames to propose.
